1971 Fender Stratocaster black

Another very early 3 bolt example, "old" '50s / '60s tremolo unit with separate inertia block, single string tree, oval head bevelled pickup & switch mounting screws, neck and pickups dated Sept. 71. It is the only vintage Fender I've seen with a perfect, tight neck pocket fit. Original colour and finish, nitrocellulose lacquer checking throughout except for the back of the neck where Fender already switched to poly.
Refretted with 47104 EVO fretwire, it sounds and plays wonderfully.
